I could personally see Martin acting in professional full force during oral proceedings before the Appeal Chamber of the European Patent Office (EPO). We have instructed him to attack a granted business method patent that stood against our own technology. Martin showed great professionalism in spontaneously connecting with the legal representative of the co-opponent in attacking the opposed patent with very selected sharp and short arguments. It was like watching two wolves hunting down a fox who was desperately trying to defend itself against death.
