The Flywheel Effect: Creating Value For Our Clients
This is where I am coming from: I am deeply convinced that the traditional operating model of a law firm does not work anymore.
In the traditional operating model of a law firm, one or more lawyers feel that they are in the center of everyone´s attention: in the center of the clients`attention, in the center of the employees`attention, in the center of the courts`attention, in the center of the suppliers`attention, and so on.
The root cause of the problems that come with this traditional operating model lies in division of labour principles, being applied in the legal industry while also liberating this industry from oligopolistic legal restrictions for supplying legal services.
